Frequently asked questions
How fast can you pick up?
When a driver is free, choose immediate dispatch and the closest driver heads to your pickup address as soon as they accept. Otherwise you can schedule a pickup for later; the booking page always shows the earliest time available.
Which cities do you serve?
Any trip between the Ottawa–Gatineau area and an address 50 to 600 km away by road: Montréal, Kingston, Cornwall, Brockville, Toronto, Québec City, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, North Bay, Sudbury and more.
When am I charged?
When you book, your card is only authorized. You are charged when a driver accepts your delivery. If no driver is found, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
Can you transport my pet?
Yes. The animal must travel in a cage or carrier that you supply, suitable for the length of the trip.
What is the largest item you can take?
Up to 180 × 100 × 100 cm and 250 kg in total. We do not take pallets.
Can I cancel?
Yes, until pickup, from your delivery page; once your shipment is picked up it can no longer be cancelled. Before a driver accepts, nothing is charged. After a driver accepts, the base pickup fee is non-refundable, as are the kilometres already driven if the pickup is outside Ottawa–Gatineau; the rest is refunded.
